Solar O&M and Preventive Maintenance
Most rooftop plants run on reactive maintenance: something fails, then someone gets called. Our O&M model flips that. Every inverter, combiner box, cable run, and mounting point gets inspected on a fixed schedule, with the findings logged against the plant record, so faults get caught while they're still cheap to fix.
From first visit to a running process
Baseline site survey
Every inverter, combiner box, string, and mounting point is catalogued and photographed before the first maintenance visit.
Scheduled inspection rounds
Visits run on a fixed frequency set by plant size and duty cycle, covering electrical, mechanical, and structural checks.
Documented findings
Every visit produces a written report against the plant's asset checklist, not a verbal all-clear.
Fix and verify
Flagged issues are scheduled for repair and verified on the next visit, closing the loop instead of leaving it open-ended.
- Inverter inspection and firmware/log review
- Combiner box and DC wiring checks
- Earthing and lightning-protection continuity tests
- Mounting-hardware torque and corrosion checks
- Visit reports logged against the plant record
- Defined response-time SLA for flagged faults
- Fewer unplanned inverter and string faults
- Reduced unplanned downtime during production hours
- A documented, auditable maintenance trail for every asset
- Early warning on mounting hardware and wiring degradation before it becomes a safety issue
Annual AMC with defined visit frequency and response-time SLAs.
Common questions on this service
Visit frequency is set during the baseline survey based on plant size, duty cycle, and site conditions, and is written into the AMC as a fixed schedule with defined response-time SLAs for anything flagged in between visits.
Yes. Most of our AMC clients have an in-house electrical team handling the rest of the facility. We coordinate visit windows and share findings so nothing falls between two teams.
Anything flagged as safety-critical or generation-critical gets escalated immediately, outside the normal reporting cycle, with a same-window response commitment defined in the AMC.
