The Soligrid Uptime Platform
RS485/Modbus data logging feeding a multi-tenant dashboard built for plant engineers and portfolio owners alike. Live performance, soiling loss, O&M workflows, and CFO-ready reporting in one place.
Four modules, one plant record
Each module reads from the same underlying data, so the number your engineer sees on the floor matches the number in the CFO's report.
Live Plant Performance
Real-time generation, performance ratio, and inverter availability per plant, with drill-down to string and array level when a number looks wrong.
Soiling Loss Index
A running estimate of output lost to soiling since the last clean, derived from performance drift against expected generation. It tells you when a clean has stopped paying for itself.
O&M Workflows and Ticketing
Every alarm, inspection, and cleaning cycle becomes a tracked ticket with an owner and a close-out record, so nothing gets fixed off the books.
Reports for CFO/ESG
Monthly and quarterly summaries built for people who don't want to open a dashboard: generation, uptime, avoided loss, and open issues in one document.
One screen for the whole portfolio
A composite view of what a portfolio owner sees on login: aggregate performance, a generation trend, and per-plant status.

Soiling, workflow, and reporting, all from the same data
What Soiling Loss Index, O&M Workflows, and CFO/ESG Reports actually look like when they're open.
Estimated output lost to soiling since the last clean. Crosses the cleaning threshold at 45%.
Portfolio Summary, March
Auto-generated on the first business day of each month, formatted for distribution without opening the dashboard.
An AI and analytics layer on top of the data
Every reading the gateway logs also feeds two more layers: an AI layer that flags patterns before a human would, and a deeper analytics layer for teams who want to go past the daily dashboard.

Built on standard industrial protocols
No proprietary sensors to force onto your plant. The platform speaks the same language your inverters already do.
RS485/Modbus data logging
Direct integration with major inverter brands over RS485/Modbus, no proprietary hardware lock-in required on sites that already have compatible loggers.
Multi-tenant by design
Built for portfolios from day one: role-based access for plant engineers, facility heads, and management, each seeing only what they need.
Alarms that reach a person
PR-drop, inverter-offline, and string-anomaly alarms route to the assigned engineer, not just a dashboard nobody is watching.
Cleaning and maintenance tracking
Every cleaning cycle and maintenance visit is logged against the plant record, so performance data and service history live in one place.
One gateway, wired into your panel
The platform needs a physical link into the plant. This is it: a compact data gateway that mounts inside your existing electrical panel and talks to your inverters directly.
Every plant we bring onto the platform gets one of these installed at commissioning, wired to your inverters and combiner boxes over standard RS485/Modbus. It logs performance data locally and pushes it to the Soligrid Uptime Platform on a secure uplink, so the dashboard stays live even if a single inverter connection drops.
It's built to be low-maintenance and unobtrusive: no laptop needed on site to check it, no separate app, just a small enclosure your electrical team can point to during their own inspections.
