1. Who we are

This policy explains how Mycelyn Private Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through soligrid.in. Soligrid is a brand of Mycelyn Private Limited.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, work email, company, plant location, and, if you choose to give them, plant size in kWp and inverter brand, and a record that you agreed to this policy when you submitted the form.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use these only to keep the site secure and working.
• Cookie choice: your cookie preference is saved in your own browser and is not sent to us.

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or sensitive personal data.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and to scope an uptime audit. Our basis is your consent and, where you are asking us for information before a contract, our need to respond.
• To keep the site secure and to prevent abuse and spam, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not send marketing unless you ask for it, and we do not sell personal data.

4. Who receives it

Form submissions are received by our hosting and form-handling provider (Netlify, Inc.), which acts on our behalf, and are delivered to our company mailbox. We may share data with professional advisers and with authorities where the law requires. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

5. Transfers outside your country

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including outside India, the UK and the European Economic Area. Where this applies we rely on contractual protections and the safeguards required by applicable law.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept while we handle your enquiry and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless a contract or the law requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are kept for the shorter period set by our hosting provider.

7. Your rights

• India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and make a grievance to us.
• UK and EU (GDPR): you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your data protection authority.
• United States (state privacy laws): you may ask to know, correct or delete your personal data. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To use any of these rights, email corporate@mycelyn.com with the subject “Privacy”. We reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before you withdrew it.

8. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to people who need them to respond. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
